Hej babes! <3 Hoppas ni mår fint! Jag har kämpat med flaska till Leon i ca en timme imorse. :-))) Hahaha, försöker vänja honom vid det iallafall en gång per dag men han är en riktig boobie-kille… Han tog flaska utan problem när vi provade när han var 2 månader, så sen har jag inte ens brytt mig om det utan ammat på. Det skulle jag inte gjort hehe! Han fick i sig nästan hela flaskan efter ett bra tag iallafall, så vi kämpar på! Men – nåt som vi inte måste kämpa med att få i oss är acai-bowl. MUMS! Så många har frågat om receptet efter att jag lagade den här i min vlogg, så here we go:
Du behöver (för 2 personer):
2 paket fryst acai (brukar finnas i frysdisken på vissa matbutiker, annars kan du prova pulver!)
2 bananer
Lite frysta bär (typ 1-2 dl)
Mjölk du gillar (jag tog havremjölk)
Mixa ihop tills konsistensen är som du gillar, jag lägger till mer frysta bär om den är för “mjuk” då jag gillar den lite fryst. Toppa med vad du vill! :-) Enjoy!

I shouldn’t have hehe! He almost finished the entire bottle after a long time anyhow, so we’re pushing through! But – something we don’t have to struggle to eat is acai bowl. YUM! So many asked for the recipe after I made it in my vlog, so here we go:
You need (for 2 people):
2 sachets frozen acai (you usually find them in the frozen section in some stores, otherwise try powder!)
2 bananas
Frozen berries (like 1-2 dl)
Milk you like (I used oat milk)
Mix it to the consistency you like, I add more frozen berries if it’s too “soft” since I like it a bit frozern. Top it with whatever you like! :-) Enjoy!

Testa Medelas flaska om ni inte redan gjort det! Då får bebisen använda samma teknik som vid amning och för oss gick därför övergången till flaska ganska smidigt :). Tips, tips!
