ISLAND EXPLORING

Island hopping – this little place was so cute. Everyone was happy and helpful and it was so beautiful. <3

God morgon hjärtan! Hoppas ni har en fin vecka so far, jag har maxat dessa dagar innan jag äntligen ska åka hem imorgon. Saknar vår lägenhet SÅ mycket! <3 När vi var på vår resa så åkte vi ofta in till små öar omkring, det här stället var en favorit. Det var så organiserat där, välstädat, dom krattade stranden och hade husdjur (fåglar tex hehe). Vi gick runt, spelade volleyboll med några i byn, handlade med oss grönsaker till båten och klättrade upp i träden för att försöka plocka ner en kokosnöt. ;-) Vi hittade nästan inga butiker på någon av öarna, vi ville köpa med oss lite mat men det verkar som att alla byter varor med varandra istället för att gå till en matbutik. Så annorlunda från här hemma och jag älskar det, man är ju van vid att kunna gå till vilken affär som helst och köpa det man är sugen på. Det fanns små shops med lite dricka och snacks men när vi ville köpa grönskaker så var det i princip omöjligt att hitta. Vi hade tur och en kille kom förbi med lite grönsaker på moppen, så vi köpte med oss lite. :-) Väldigt mysig utflykt och så kul att träffa alla locals! Nu ska jag bocka av möten och ikväll blir det middag för min lillebror som fyller 18 (vad hände!?!? när blev han så stor haha!). PUSS <3

//Good morning loves! Hope you’re having a nice week so far, I’ve maxed out these days before I’m going back home tomorrow. I miss our apartment SO much! <3 When we were out on our trip we often went to different islands around, this place was a favorite. It was so organized there, clean, they cleaned the beach and had pets (birds for example hehe). We walked around, played volleyball with some people from the village, bought some veggies for the boat and climbed the trees to try to get some coconuts. ;-) We barely found any stores in any of the islands, we wanted to buy some food but it seems like they just trade different things with each other instead of going to a store. So different from home and I love it, you’re used to being able to go to any store and just buy whatever you feel like. They had a few small shops with drinks and snacks but when we wanted to buy veggies it was almost impossible to find. We were lucky though and a guy came with his scooter that he had veggies on, so we bought some. :-) A very cozy adventure and it was so fun to meet all the locals! Now I’m gonna head for some meetings and tonight it’s dinner time for my little brother that turns 18 (what happened!?!? when did he get that old haha!). HUGS <3
