God morgon babes! Hoppas ni mår toppen, här skiner solen igen så jag mår prima haha! Imorse lagade jag detta fast bara äpplet som topping till min gröt – så gott! Det här funkar som ett gott snack, till frukost eller så kan du göra som jag och ha det som topping på gröten. Du behöver bara ett äpple, stek det i lite olja och lägg till kanel på äpplet i stekpannan i slutet. Stek tills äpplet är lite mjukt, lägg i en skål/glas, toppa med yoghurt (jag tog vanilj soyghurt) och sen lite granola på det (jag använder det jag lagar, hitta recept HÄR!). Klart! :-) Så enkelt och gott. Nu ska jag ut och göra ett litet “spring test”, jag ska gå 10 minuter, springa 30 sek – gå 1 min x 5 och sen avsluta med 10 minuters promenad igen. Hoppas allt kommer kännas normalt nu 6 månader efter att jag fött, jag har ju inte provat springa och varit så försiktig så det här blir liksom mitt första “test”. Återkommer hur det känns! PUSS <3
//Good morning babes! Hope you’re feeling great, here the sun is shining again so I feel awesome haha! This morning I made this but just the apple for topping to my oatmeal – so yum! This works as a snack, for breakfast or do like I did and have it as topping on oatmeal. You only need an apple, fry it in a bit of oil and add cinnamon on the apple in the pan in the end. Fry until the apple is a bit soft, put it in a glass/bowl, top with yoghurt (I had vanilla soy yoghurt) and then some granola on top of that (I use the one I make, find the recipe HERE!). Done! :-) So simple and so good. Now I’m gonna head out and do a “running test”, I will run 30 sec – walk 1 minute x 5 and then finish off with 10 minutes walk again. Hopefully everything will feel like normal now 6 months after giving birth, I haven’t tried running and I’ve been so careful so this will be my first “test”. I’ll get back to you on how it feels!
