God morgon babes! Hoppas ni har en fin morgon. :-) Jag startade dagen med en promenad och kom sen hem och drack kaffe med Jon som redan hade börjat jobba. Mysig morgon! Jag nämnde ju igår att jag har ätit en del veganskt i veckan, och att jag tagit inspiration av min fina vän Edita. När man äter med henne så vet man att det kommer bli gott, kolla bara ovan. ;-) Hon lagar så otroligt mycket god mat och nästan allt är vegetariskt, men många av rätterna är veganska/lätta att göra veganska. När jag har lagat hennes recept så har jag insett hur enkelt det är och hur snabbt det går, och sen såklart hur gott det är. Kryddor och nya idéer helt enkelt! Ville egentligen bara tipsa er om att kika in där för recept om ni vill laga lite ny mat, sen att hon är världens härligaste gör ju allt lite bättre också. :-) Tur att jag precis åt frukost, jag blev så sugen på att laga mer mat när jag kollade igenom hennes blogg nyss för att spara ner några bilder haha! //Good morning babes! Hope you’re having a great morning. :-) I started the day with a walk and when I got back home I had coffee with Jon who was already working. Cozy morning! I mentioned yesterday that I’ve been eating mostly vegan this week, and I’ve gotten inspiration from my lovely friend Edita. When you eat with her you know it will be good, just look at the pics above. ;-) She makes incredibly good food and almost everything is vegetarian, but a lot of the dishes are vegan/easy to make vegan. When I’ve cooked after her recipes I’ve realized how easy it is and how quick it goes, and then of course how good it is. Spices and new ideas! I just wanted to give you guys a tip to check out her blog for recipes if you want to cook some new food, and also the fact that she’s the sweetest girl makes it all better. :-) Luckily I just had breakfast, I felt like cooking more food when I looked through her blog recently to save some pictures haha!
