Sweaty yoga session at the hotel – needed it! I’m wearing a Björn Borg set.
Hej från Lombok! Vi kom fram i eftermiddags och drog i princip direkt ut och surfade, sjukt bra surf för mig faktiskt! Superkul att komma ut lite och ta några vågor, det var mycket folk i vattnet men några fick jag till iallafall. :-) Har så ont i rygg/axlar redan, kommer säkert ha sjuk träningsvärk imorgon… Speaking of träningsvärk så körde jag ett yogapass med en lärare på hotellet på Bali första dagen, hade nog tänkt mig en skön stretch-yoga efter flyget men det var allt annat än det haha! Vi körde på i 1,5 timme och svetten rann, fick träningsvärk från det också. Har kommit hit på träningscamp känns det som, men det gillas. ;-) Vi kom nyss hem från en god middag med hela gänget, ska gå och sova nu och gå upp imorgon vid 05.45 för att dra och surfa vid 6. Som sagt – träningscamp it is! Kommer upp en rolig sak lite senare idag, så kika in då! PUSS <3
//Hello from Lombok! We arrived this afternoon and went out to surf almost straight away, great surf for me actually! So much fun to get out there and catch some waves, it was pretty crowded in the water but I got some waves at least. :-) My back/shoulders hurts already, will probably have pretty sore muscles tomorrow… Speaking of sore muscles, I did a yoga session with a teacher at the hotel in Bali the first day, I was thinking like a nice stretch-yoga after the flight but it was the complete opposite haha! We did a 1,5 hour session and I was soaked in sweat afterwards, probably feel that in my muscles too. It feels like I’ve arrived at some kind of training camp, but I like it. ;-) We just got back home after a nice dinner with the crew, will get some sleep now since we’re waking up at 05.45 tomorrow to go out to surf at 6. As I said – training camp it is! Will post something fun later tonight, so check back later! HUGS <3
I would LOVE to have a yoga lesson someday! I love yoga, but I’m like the least flexible person in the world! Anyway, I really love this post, would you ever tell us more about your “workout routine”?

Just need to know if it is safe to do this when you are working full time especially if the work is driving loading and unloading.
